Two questions,
1. Is the Azure SQL database TDE supporting per database per data encryption key? I am currently building a PoC lab without using the key vault and AD. If it can be done, could you please share with me how to do?
2. I also like to limit the DBA to view the clear text data in the database once the database TDE is enabled, but only application can. I need some help to understand how to configure.
